0726 Promoting the discharge of dry fly ash

We can provide guidance on appropriate arrangements and control examples based on the user's conditions!

In the newly installed silo, to avoid unstable powder discharge and prolonged discharge times, we adopted a blow disk, and we would like to introduce a case where aeration was implemented as a solution. The operating temperature for this application is room temperature plus alpha, so we used a standard blow disk. This has resulted in stable operation since its introduction. Our company can provide guidance on appropriate layout and control examples based on the various conditions of our users. [Case Overview] ■ Target Material - Name: Dried Fly Ash - Specific Gravity: 0.3-0.5 ■ Silo - Diameter: Ø2800 - Discharge Outlet Diameter: 300A - (Discharge Rate: 5t/h) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

0120 Preventing rat holes in carbon and resin powder.

Resolve the issue of powder discharge failure from the rotary valve of the discharge machine!

We would like to introduce a case where rat holes of carbon and resin powder were prevented. In a 200L storage hopper, the rat hole phenomenon of the aforementioned powder occurred, and at times, the powder could not be discharged from the rotary valve of the discharge device. To resolve this issue, three standard type blow discs (model: BD-15S-B) were controlled by a controller (model: C-SV1)! In addition to this storage hopper, the user also introduced them for blockage prevention in the hopper section of the powder manufacturing equipment's dust collector. If you are facing issues with rat holes and bridging phenomena in hoppers or similar equipment, please feel free to contact us. We can provide information tailored to your company's conditions, such as installation location, air aeration time, and order. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. *Our website features numerous implementation examples, which can be checked via the link below.

0687 Clearing blockages in the hopper of dried hop powder.

An example adopted to address expected blockages at the hopper discharge section.

We would like to introduce a case where a plant and maintenance operator ordered "Blow Disks." In the production of hoppers for a beverage manufacturer, it was anticipated that clogging might occur at the hopper discharge section based on past experiences. Therefore, at the user's request, we were consulted about adopting "Blow Disks." After detailed discussions (regarding contents, hopper diagrams, control methods, etc.), the system was implemented. Currently, the equipment is operational at the user's site, and there have been no occurrences of bridging or powder clogs. [Case Overview] ■ Hopper Diameter: Φ900 ■ Discharge Diameter: 150A ■ Contents: Dried hop powder ■ Equipment Layout Control - Four "Blow Disks" installed near the discharge section (two at different heights) - Air aeration controlled by a controller, with each disk activated in a staggered manner *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

0151 Rat Hole Measures - Chemical Material Manufacturer

Easily resolve troubles! We will propose installation examples and operating conditions that match the customer's requirements.

We would like to introduce a case of rat hole prevention at a chemical materials manufacturer. Normally, the powder does not pose significant issues and can be discharged from the hopper, but when it contains 3% moisture, its flowability deteriorates significantly. Traditionally, only vibrators were used, and for materials with high moisture content, in addition to the vibrations from the vibrator, air purging from a quick-connect fitting was employed. However, this did not completely eliminate the rat hole issue, leading to the introduction of our equipment, which easily resolved the challenge. [Overview] ■ Hopper Size: 1500×1500 ■ Installation Position: 2 units installed on each side (total of 8 units) * For details, please feel free to contact us. * For more information, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. * Our website features numerous implementation examples, which can be checked via the link below.
